Manchester United will play at home to West Ham in the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The Hammers defeated Derby County 2-0 in the fourth round tonight at Pride Park, where a trip to Old Trafford, in the week commencing 27 February, was on the line.
Earlier in the evening, the draw was made live on BBC’s The One Show, with United ball no.5 and in the hat following Saturday’s 3-1 home win over Reading at the previous stage.
West Ham’s win sets up our second all Premier League tie of this season’s FA Cup, following on from our third-round victory over Everton earlier this month.
Erik ten Hag’s side have already met the Hammers once in 2022/23, with the Reds triumphing 1-0 on home soil in the league earlier in this campaign, courtesy of Marcus Rashford’s 100th United goal.
Our last FA Cup contest with the Londoners came in the last-16 of the 2020/21 competition, with Scott McTominay’s goal the difference after extra-time at the Theatre of Dreams.
