Africa, Asia, and Eurasia are all home to cheetahs. Despite being enormous and strong cats, they are frequently excluded from the “big cat” category since they do not roar. Nevertheless, they are extremely fast (they can sprint for up to 60 mph in spurts) and powerful. Their fixed claws dig into the surface to aid in their acceleration.
Cheetahs usually stalk their prey in tall ɢʀᴀss while moving sᴛᴇᴀʟthily and in silence. They can see the animal up to 30 yards away thanks to their excellent eyesight. By the time they sneak up and start pursuing, the prey has little chance of escaping. The major herbivores that cheetahs consume include gazelle, impala, wildebeest, and zebra. They are also capable of catching hare, gamebirds, and rabbits because of their speed.
Warthogs are mostly herbivores and scour the soil for everything they may consume. They accomplish this by using their strong neck muscles to drive their sturdy nose into the ground. They are sᴋɪʟʟed foragers who can locate roots and bulbs using their keen sense of smell.
Although warthogs have limited eyesight, they have keen hearing and smell senses. Even while grazing, they can identify predators thanks to the position of their eyes, which are high on their heads.
