Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, on-off exes turned recent friends, actually spent all day Sunday together, TMZ is now reporting—not just breakfast (which Bieber reportedly paid for) and church. Paparazzi photographed them going to church together, giving the world the first street shots of Jelena since their 2015 “My Girl” serenade hotel reunion:

Gomez was later photographed back at Bieber’s home with her dog Charlie there, too. That night, Bieber’s car was photographed at Gomez’s house so it was a marathon catch up (his car was photographed leaving the next morning).
Gomez’s split with The Weeknd has just been announced, so she’s currently single; Bieber was last linked to actress Paola Paulin, but it was casual.
TMZ reports that sources close to The Weeknd, who’s on tour, say he really is fine with Jelena’s hanging—likely because they had already ended their relationship. (“She and Abel have been going back and forth for a few months about their relationship,” a source told People. “It’s been hard with him being on tour and her shooting in New York. That wasn’t easy on them.”)
On Instagram the day before The Weeknd and Gomez’s breakup was announced, fans noticed The Weeknd had unfollowed members of Gomez’s friends and family, including her mom, assistant, friend/kidney donor Francia Raisa, and her close friend and cousin Priscilla Deleon (who’s also the mother of Gomez’s godchild).
Gomez and The Weeknd still follow each other for now and remain “in touch,” per People‘s source.
