But Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky proved they’re hippies at heart when they took their three children to local markets near their Australian home in Byron Bay, New South Wales.
Dressed in pretty summer dress and hat, Elsa went barefoot for the outing on Sunday with their brood India Rose, three, Sasha and Tristan one.

The 39-year-old, who has fronted numerous lingerie campaigns, covered up her famous bikini body in the flowing white and blue floral dress.
She accessorised her summery look with a cream straw hat which featured a black ribbon.
The mother-of-three appeared to be make-up free except for a touch of plain lipgloss while her cropped blonde locks were left loose.
As the family made their way along clothes stalls, Elsa placed her hand gently on her daughter India Rose’s back as she guided her through the outdoor event.
The adorable three-year-old had her painted face on the family day out as she donned a pink and piece dress, which was a similar style to Elsa’s.
She wore a toy drum kit around her neck along with a white pearl necklace.
Meanwhile, Australian actor Chris looked in his element as he walked closely behind his wife and daughter while cradling one of his twin sons.
The 32-year-old ditched his iconic Thor attire for the outing and dressed casually in a simple grey shirt which hugged tightly around his super toned biceps.
The hunk matched his shirt with a pair of navy knee-length shorts before finishing it off his laidback attire with a pair of matching sneakers.
Chris stayed sun-safe for the shopping trip as he covered his brunette locks with a dark baseball-styled cap and a pair of reflective sunglasses.
The close-knit family took the time out to mingle with members of the public, who interacted with their three young children.
The former Home And Away star purchased a luxury $7.2million family home in Byron Bay in October 2014 at Byron Bay.
The Balinese-style home overlooks the Pacific and Seven Mile Beach, while also featuring three separate villas on the property.
