Transfer speculation is hotting up ahead of the summer window – and it’s not just the potential signings fans can get excited about.

Mikky Kiemeney

The will-he, won’t-he transfer saga involving Frenkie de Jong and Manchester United looks set to rumble on for another window.
Asked if he’d been joining the Red Devils, he said last weekend: “No, I don’t think so. You never know of course. But I’m very happy in Barcelona.”
While he’s repeatedly committed himself to the Spanish club, they may have no choice but to sell given their ongoing financial struggles.
His fiancee, Dutch model Mikky Kiemeney, would have some making up to do should Erik ten Hag finally land his man.
Earlier this year she teased United fans who asked when her partner is coming to Manchester by replying with the date of their Europa League clash with Barca.

Former Manchester City winger Ferran Torres has been linked with a return to the Prem, with Arsenal said to be among the interested parties in him.
According to Spanish outlet Sport, Barca will welcome offers for him as he’s failed to light up the Camp Nou since his move last year.
Torres has been making waves off the pitch, though, as he’s begun dating Sira Martinez – a professional show-jumper and the daughter of his Spain boss Luis Enrique.
That’s worked out well for him so far and he’s compared Enrique to a father figure. He said: “I only have words of thanks. I consider him my father, he is like our father.”
But taking his daughter away from their home country may land Torres in hot water with his in-laws.

A stunning Prem comeback for another ex-City star in Edin Dzeko could be on the cards, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The veteran Inter Milan striker, 36, has been linked with West Ham. Not only would he return to England, so too would his wife Amra.
She was by his side throughout his time at the Etihad with the Bosnian pair starting a relationship in 2011 and marrying five years later.
They’ve since had three children together who would get their first taste of London life. Their mum first made a name for herself aged 16 when she won French contest Metropolitan Top Model.
She’s gone on to have a successful modelling and acting career which has seen her star in a number of adverts and TV series, as well as music videos.

Sinem Calhanoglu didn’t have to move when her husband Hakan last moved clubs – as he swapped AC Milan for Inter in 2021.
The childhood sweethearts married in 2017 and have been enjoying life in the Italian capital for the last six years, barring a rocky patch which saw the midfielder file for divorce in 2018.
They could be on the move in the not too distant future, though, as there’s interest in him from English shores.
According to Fichajes, Leeds and Southampton have all made enquiries, with Inter placing a £22million price tag on him.

Lifestyle vlogger Leah Monroe followed Tammy Abraham to Rome when he left Chelsea in 2021 and has been supporting him at the Stadio Olimpico ever since.
They could be on their way back to Stamford Bridge this summer with the Blues’ well-documented buy-back clause finally coming in to play.
The Athletic report Manchester United could battle their Premier League rivals to bring England international Abraham back.
Wherever he’d end up, Abraham and Leah would be returning with another person in tow – as she gave birth to their son Amari earlier this month.

Liverpool’s hunt for a new midfielder has taken multiple blows with Enzo Fernandez joining Chelsea and Jude Bellingham appearing to be out of their price bracket.
So they may turn their attention to Juventus and Italy star Manuel Locatelli, according to Calciomercato.
Locatelli, who’s been on loan from Sassuolo for the past two seasons ahead of the move being made permanent this summer, is flanked by brains and beauty in Thessa Lacovich.
She has a Master’s degree in digital communication strategy and also gave birth this month with the pair welcoming their first child.

Another Serie A midfield maestro who’s been named in connection with Liverpool is Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
The Lazio midfielder could be available for a cut-price £44m as he approaches the end of his contract, per Calciomercato.
During his impressive eight-year spell in Rome, he’s not only wowed on the pitch but has also bagged a worldie in fellow Serbian Natalija Ilic.
They met in 2017 when she moved to Italy to start working as a doctor after studying medicine at University.
Having married they too have had a child together and could be set for a new chapter in England if the Reds make their move.
