MANCHESTER UNITED forward Marcus Rashford is bulking up in the gym ahead of the new season.
The English forward posted a 90-second video on social media showcasing his hard work as he lifted weights during the summer break.

“Back to work @santandave 🎶✌🏾😄.”

While Arsenal legend Ian Wright added: “💪🏾.”

Rashford has returned to the gym just two weeks after he got engaged to his childhood sweetheart Lucia Loi in Hollywood.
He popped the question at the end of May as they toured celebrity hangouts in Los Angeles.
It comes after a difficult season for Rashford at Old Trafford.
He managed just five goals and two assists in 32 appearances for the Red Devils.
And his poor run of form has seen Gareth Southgate drop him from his England squads in March and June.
Explaining the initial decision to leave him out in March, the Three Lions boss said: “He [Rashford] is in the same position as everyone else.
“In the squad or out of the squad they all have to play well over the next period of this season and the beginning of next season.
“It’s a difficult time for him. He is clearly not at his best.
“There is plenty of time and we know what he can do and hopefully he can rediscover his form.”

Simon Jordan says it’s ‘silly’ to call Marcus Rashford ‘world class’ despite good form
Marcus Rashford is playing the best football of his young career at this current moment, but former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan does not believe the Manchester United man is world class.

Simon Jordan has praised Marcus Rashford for his recent “extraordinarily good form” but is still unconvinced he is a world class player.
The Manchester United ace netted his 22nd goal of the season in United’s pulsating 2-2 away draw with Barcelona in the Europa League on Thursday evening. Eight goals and one assist in nine Premier League appearances for the Red Devils has led to many fans calling him a Ballon d’Or contender for this year.
He is arguably the most in form forward in world football and one of the key reasons United currently find themselves competing on four fronts once again. However, Jordan is still curious to see if he can maintain these incredible performances over the long term.
“You’re seeing Marcus Rashford in this ridiculous vein of form,” Jordan said on TalkSPORT. “What I have always pushed back against is the characterisation, he is a world class player and that he is on an elite position. I think he is a very good player, you do not get to play for Manchester United, in whatever guise they are, if you are not a very good player.

“But I don’t think he is [world class].” When asked to justify his thoughts again, Jordan went on to state he believes Rashford has to prove this period of form is more than a good moment of time.
“He is in a rich vein of form. He is in a remarkably confident state of mind,” Jordan added. “Even the goal he scored the other day, which was disallowed, he was so sharp, it was out of his feet and then, bang, back of the net. You can see that in a player, you can see when their confidence is brimming.

“Confidence and moments of time are one thing, a body of work and a consistent level of attainment, that puts you above everybody else, that’s the usage of the word world class.
“We throw first class around like it is confetti. There are very few world class players. You can name them on a couple of hands.
“At this moment of time, while Rashford’s form is extraordinarily good, I think it is a bit silly to call him world class. To say, at this moment of time he is at the top of his game, I think that’s a fair assessment.”
