Hollywood babe Margot Robbie was forced to keep quiet about stripping down for the cameras during flicks like Wolf of Wall Street to keep her parents and grandparents on side
Margot Robbie confessed she lied to her family about doing nude scenes for her raunchy Hollywood roles.
The star starred alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in Wolf of Wall Street, which saw the pair strip down for an intimate love scene.
But Margot’s lies quickly spiralled out of control as she insisted there would be no naked scenes in the film whatsoever.
Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night chat show back in 2014, the Australian soap babe confessed that nudity became a “point of contention” when it came to her home life.
Jimmy asked her: “You are very naked in the movie, for a lot of the film. Did they tell you about that going in or was that a surprise?”

Margot confessed: “Yeah, that was a small point of contention with my family.
“I just flat out lied to my family for a really long time. I said, ‘I don’t care what you hear, there is no nudity, I’m not doing any nudity. Ignore anything anyone’s saying, there is no nudity’.”
The I, Tonya star continued: “And then I thought, ‘Well, the movie’s going to come out and they’ll see there’s nudity’, so I changed that. The lie evolved to, ‘Well actually it’s a body double, and they just CGI-ed my head onto someone else’.
“My family don’t have anything to do with the entertainment industry so they totally bought it. They were like, ‘They can do that?’ And I was like, ‘Oh, technology these days, you wouldn’t believe what they do in Hollywood’.”

Eventually, Margot was forced to come clean, and urged her family to read the book before going into the film. And she made sure to avoid her home-town until everything calmed down.
She giggled at the time: “I’m hoping I’m going to be home when it comes out and then I’m just going to fly the coop so I can miss the aftermath.”
In that same interview, Margot admitted she landed her role in Wolf of Wall Street after her agent saw her projectile vomiting spaghetti.

The Suicide Squad star was looking for her start in Hollywood while appearing in Neighbours as Donna Freedman in 2011, when US agency 360 came to chat to her about a signing.
But Margot thought she’d blown it all when she shared the story of scoffing 1.8 kilograms of spaghetti on the set of the Australian soap.
A red-faced Margot said: “I just spewed up four pounds of spaghetti bolognese, like projectile. Have you ever seen that movie where she is possessed? It was like that and then he signed me and here we are doing Wolf of Wall Street.”
