It is very difficult for Arsenal to recruit Caicedo
Earlier this month, multiple sources confirmed that the Gunners will approach Caicedo again when the summer transfer market opens. Football Insider also confirmed that MU is quite interested in the Brighton star and the valuation is set at £80.
Arsenal face the harsh reality of the £80 million deal.
Meanwhile, Sky Sports columnist Dharmesh Sheth bluntly said that Brighton was under no pressure to sell Caicedo. This will be a very difficult deal for the Emirates Stadium team.
Sharing on GIVEMESPORT, Sheth said: ‘Brighton has had a really great season. They have a good leader. Therefore, Brighton is ranked high and can compete for tickets to the Champions League or at least the Europa League. Of course, there’s no way Brighton would let its shining star go’.
Sky Sports journalist Dharmesh Sheth assessed that it was too difficult for Arsenal to recruit Caicedo.
‘Brighton was not so short of money that he had to sell Caicedo at a soft price. Of course, if MU or Arsenal want to buy Caicedo, they have to spend a huge amount of money for Brighton,’ added journalist Dharmesh Sheth.
In another development, Arsenal is entering the fierce Premier League title race. Currently, the Gunners are 1 point behind Man City but have played more than 1 match. To be able to win the championship, teachers and coaches Arteta need to win the remaining 3 matches and wait for Man City to stumble 2 matches.
