The updated Lincoln Aviator 2023 has been caught on camera: the first changes have been declassified.

Some foreign automobile internet publications have recently published a series of «spy» photos of the new crossover Lincoln Aviator 2023.

The car was spotted during test runs on public roads in Europe.

Reportedly, the new Lincoln Aviator is a mid-range model that has undergone a facelift.

The cross has undergone certain updates in terms of appearance and interior. According to previously announced information, the new car will be officially unveiled in 2023.

At the same time, the exact release date and the approximate price is not disclosed.

Judging by the images presented by photospies, the Lincoln Aviator test model has a dense camouflage coverage of the front and rear parts of the body.

It is expected that these areas will concentrate all the main adjustments to the exterior.

Judging by the visible outlines, the size of the grille is likely to increase significantly.

At the same time, the front and rear light groups will be modernized. Light-alloy wheels assume a total black design with a matte texture, and the upper edge of the side window blocks will get a neat chrome frame.

A «shark fin» antenna and a mid-sized spoiler are provided on the roof at the rear.

At the rear, the two-way layout of the exhaust system in the form of four round exhaust pipes, emerging from under the bumper, whose shape will also undergo certain improvements.

As for the power package, expect the new car as before, will be equipped with twin-turbocharged 3.0TV6 unit with a maximum output of 261 kW (354 hp) and peak torque of 553 N*m, and the transmission system is combined with a 10-speed automatic gearbox.

The Lincoln Aviator’s design was previously shown in patent images. In general, the car has got a branded performance style.

This is clearly visible in the design of headlights and the radiator grille.

The latter is distinguished by compact dimensions and filling in the form of a polygonal grid. Headlights have a rather classic design.

The body has standard for the class forms. In general, the crossover looks stylish and brutal.

As it became known, the car will be available with a six-cylinder engine, the volume of which is equal to 3.0 liters.

A twin-turbocharged system is used for the unit. Performance of the unit is declared at the level of 358 horsepower.
