Actress ditches the spikes for a less severe barnet – and gets her ridiculously-long legs out in a mini dress instead
Maybe the bleach has gone to her head because Anne Hathaway is rocking some rather risky outfits now she’s hit the bottle.
The Les Mis actress – who’s never normally known for her out-there style – showed off her new blonde hairdo at a swanky art event (to be precise, the Tate Americas Foundation Artists Dinner) held in New York.
Anne might have been going for Austin Powers chic as she swanned in wearing a pink babydoll dress with her hair in a sixties side-sweep and heels.
Unfortunately, she wasn’t wearing platform boots and smoking any naughty-looking ciggies.

Posing up a storm at the bash was toothpick-totty Alexa Chung who looked a bit like she’d forgotten her dress and had to wrap herself up in a table cloth.
Also at the posh event was pant-flasher Sarah Jessica Parker who gossiped with Anne.
Probably about the city and sex and things.
The 48-year-old actress (we refuse to believe it either) looked chic and cheerful in a floor-length patterned purple number.

They were both equally costumed-up at the Met Ball recently – and we’re still kind of scarred by Anne’s boob-flashing lacey dress and quiffed hair.
She debuted her platinum barnet on the red carpet and said: “I don’t know that you could tell it by looking at me, but Debbie Harry was my inspiration.”
Really? We thought it was more Jedward.
