An orphaned pelican was rescued by a man and the two have since developed a remarkable friendship. He now regards the camp as his flock. That is the story of Jeffrey Condon, the camp manager of the Nomad Lodges in Tᴀɴᴢᴀɴɪᴀ which is home to a diversity of animals.
Despite being surrounded by such magnificent animals, Jeffrey develops a remarkable bond with a pelican. A pelican got ʟᴏsᴛ from its group during a storm a few years ago, and it landed up on a beach. Since then, the man has taken care of the bird because he is a true animal lover, and the two have formed an odd bond.
Jeffrey says that they have basically taught him everything he needs to know, but without his flock, Big Bird has found it difficult to develop the sᴋɪʟʟs necessary for success, they even had to teach him how to fly.
Remarkable wʜɪᴛe pelicans have problems as they frequently ʜᴜɴᴛ in packs and have great success. But as a lone bird, it will be difficult for him to catch enough fish to survive.
According to Jeffrey, he and his staff swim and dive in the water with him for a while. In order to teach Big Bird how to thrive on his own, the gang began to sow fish. Finally, the pelican began to catch fish on its own, delighting its human friend.
