Rambo, a pitiful dog that was abandoned to die after being used in a dog ғɪɢʜᴛ. Animal carcasses and bones were all around him! He managed to live, nevertheless, and is now battling for the life he deserves.
The dog was discovered on March 23 in Rock Hill, South Carolina, by Every Life Matters Animal Rescue. A real real estate agent and also a member of the rescue team – Casey Lawrence said that it came at the right time as Rambo urgently needed someone to care for him.
They quickly sent Rambo to the Baxter Veterinary Clinic. Rambo was severely injured, covered in Bɪᴛᴇ marks and abrasions, and the wounds on his legs had become infected with gangrene. The team of the clinic got to work on trying to save Rambo’s life. They meticulously cleaned his wounds.
Rambo was able to sit up and somewhat wag his tail after two days. Much to the relief of his veterinarians, he even showed some interest in eating. Unfortunately, Rambo was still in trouble. He had to amputate his right rear leg since it was so badly ʜᴜʀᴛ. Rambo was then sent to Charlotte Animal Referral & Emergency (CARE) for additional care due to the severity of his wounds.
Now, Rambo is getting much better. He also lives in a wonderful caring family where he is given a lot of care.
