Humans are not the one species that can express empathy. Elephants are among the world’s most kind-hearted animals. Additionally, there is video evidence that demonstrates how sensitive they are. The only thing one elephant could think of to calm her crying youngster was to send in troops. The cunning mother elephant brought in the zookeeper to sing a lullaby to her youngster.
Faamai, like most of the animals at the sanctuary, was just a baby when she was brought to the Elephant Nature Park in Tʜᴀɪʟᴀɴᴅ’s Chiang Mai Province. The little elephant, who was orphaned and ᴛᴇʀʀɪғɪᴇᴅ, appeared so helpless, but happily she found all the comfort she needed in Chailart, also known as the elephant whisperer, who works at the sanctuary.
To aid in the preservation of these exquisite creatures, Lek Chailart established the Elephant Nature Park. She utilizes the park to help elephants who have experienced physical or mental maltreatment recover.
The elephants are frequently ex-circus animals who have endured years of hardship. Elephants with conditions ranging from shattered bones to blindness have been cared for by Chailart.
And while Chailart shows her tender affection to all of her animals, one elephant receives the most personal care. Faamai is the one who falled asleep to Chailart’s lulling vocals. The process is both charming and amazing.
Chailart approaches the elephant and starts singing when she determines that it is time for Faamai to go to sleep. In response, Faamai pulls the wOᴍᴀɴ into her trunk and gives her a bear hug. Although it is a tender embrace, the scenario that comes next is even more tender. Faamai carefully lowers herself to the ground and spreads out on her side as Lek starts her calming song. They soon cuddle up for a snooze together.
