With the release of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Marvel has finally kickstarted its multiverse saga. And despite the movie failing to live up to the fans’ expectations, many fans have concluded that Jonathan Majors was the best aspect of the first Phase 5 entry.
The Lovecraft Country actor didn’t fail to capture the essence of the imposing villain and delivered a satisfying performance. But it appears that the actor had to go through an intensive training schedule accompanied by a grueling diet to make his grand entry into the MCU stand out from the previous villains.

After the long-awaited wait for Phase 5 of the MCU, fans were finally able to witness Jonathan Majors in his prime physique in the role of Kang The Conqueror. But it seems that the actor had to go through absolute hell to attain the perfect physique for his grand entry into the MCU.
In an interview alongside Paul Rudd, the Lovecraft country actor stressed the difficulty of his intensive training schedule and exhausting diet for the role. The actor also shared his resentment towards those high-caloric shakes, including dense fibers and fats, which he had to gulp regularly for maintaining his enchanting physique.

But despite facing numerous challenges for the role, the 33-year-old wasn’t afraid of the transformation, as he was determined to achieve the look for the biggest villain of the MCU yet. Although Majors previously emphasized the fact that one should avoid the risk of hurting their body, he also emphasized the fact that discomfort isn’t always deliberately bad.
The actor stated that he was okay with the difficulties arriving in his path of achieving the desirable physique, as he was determined to nail the look for the most imposing villain of the MCU. He stated,
“No one should put themselves or their families in a place where they’re hurting, but your discomfort is not necessarily a bad thing. That’s growth. It’s not comfortable, but you’re here to save the world, aren’t you? Or take over the world.”

Apart from MCU, fans are excited to witness the enchanting body of Majors in the upcoming Creed threequel, where he will be starring alongside Michael B. Jordan and is expected to be bigger than ever. But it appears that the vigorous workout sessions and the fatiguing diet aren’t ending anytime soon for the actor, as his journey in the MCU has only begun.
