10 – DONQUIXOTE DOFLAMINGO
Donquixote Doflamingo is the captain of the Donquixote Pirates, a former Shichibukai, the most influential underworld broker under the codename “Joker”, and is a former World Noble of the Donquixote Family descent. He is 41 years old.Doflamingo ate the Ito Ito no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which grants him the ability to create and manipulate strings. He usually moves his fingers accordingly to bend them as he pleases for either manipulating people like puppets or bifurcating his targets. The strings are extremely thin and some may even be invisible, making it almost impossible to notice and avoid them.Using his “Parasite” move, Doflamingo can force comrades to fight (and even kill) each other, while he himself sits at the sidelines and watches.The strings can also be used for cutting, allowing Doflamingo to effortlessly slice off body parts and destroy weapons.Doflamingo’s mastery of his Devil Fruit is so advanced that he was able to awaken his powers, being able to even turn his surroundings into string.Doflamingo is one of the very small number of people in the world who can use all three types of Haki.
9 – CHARLOTTE KATAKURI
Charlotte Katakuri is the strongest of Big Mom’s Three Sweet Commanders. Even as a child, his strength was compared to that of a “monster”. He currently is 48 years old.Katakuri is extremely fast and possesses tremendous physical strength.Katakuri is one of the very small number of people in the world who can use all three types of Haki. He’s able to use an advanced form of Kenbunshoku Haki which allows him to see slightly ahead into the future.Katakuri ate the Mochi Mochi no Mi, a special Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that lets him create, control, and transform into mochi at will.As a “special” Paramecia, Katakuri can actually change his body into mochi, akin to a Logia. When combined with mastery over Kenbunshoku Haki, he can predict the future and manipulate the shape of their bodies accordingly to avoid being hit by attacks.Katakuri has also awakened his Devil Fruit powers, enabling him to transform inorganic material into mochi, enhancing the range of his attacks and capture field.
8- KING THE WILDFIRE
King is one of the three All-Stars of the Beasts Pirates, who are Kaido’s closest confidants known as “Disasters”. Born as Alber, he is a member of the nigh-extinct lunarian race from the Red Line, noted for their ability to create fire. He currently is 47 years old.In terms of combat, King is the most powerful member of the Beasts Pirates after Kaido himself, with his tremendous bounty of 1,390,000,000 Berries illustrating his fearsome reputation. A veteran pirate, King has been part of Kaidou’s crew for over three decades, seemingly as Kaidou’s first recruit and acknowledged and monikered by Kaidou in his youth for his extraordinary strength. Due to his Lunarian descent, he is tremendously tough and durable, with Queen describing him as a monster that could survive in any natural environment.King ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon, an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a full pteranodon and a humanoid lunarian-pteranodon hybrid at will. When transformed, he is more clad in flames than usual and gains the ability to fly at high speeds.In combat, even without invoking his Zoan transformation, King is able to endure extremely potent attacks without being fazed or shedding a drop of blood.Apart from strength and toughness, King is extremely fast and agile, despite his large frame. His speed is far greater when the flame on his back is out, allowing him to move faster than the untrained eye can follow, at the cost of his natural durability diminishing. King is additionally able to fly using his feathery wings, without the need for his Zoan transformation.
7 – VISTA
Vista is 47 years old. He has tremendous physical strength as he is able to match against Dracule Mihawk, who is known as the strongest swordsman in the world. He was capable of deflecting an attack from an axe-wielding giant, as well as easily slice down cannonballs in midair.Vista has extraordinary mastery in dual wielding swordsmanship and even Mihawk acknowledges his skills. He even managed to deflect Mihawk’s flying slash attack which is powerful enough to cut through battleships.
6 – JOZU
Jozu is 42 years old. He has demonstrated one of the greatest feats of strength seen in the series, though it is currently unknown how losing his right arm will affect his strength.Despite his massive body, his speed and reflexes are on par with his brute force. This speed, combined with his Haki, makes Jozu particularly dangerous against Logia users.Jozu ate the Kira Kira no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to transform parts and most likely all of his body, into diamond.Jozu’s powers give him the ability to greatly increase his offensive and defensive capabilities, as his already strong physical attacks are enhanced by the density of his diamond body. His defenses seem to enhance exponentially, as he is able to block the strongest slash in the world from the world’s greatest swordsman, Shichibukai Dracule Mihawk, with no visible damage to himself, as diamond is one of the hardest substances in the world, along with Seastone and the Poneglyphs.
5 – LUCKY ROO
Lucky Roo is one of Yonko Shanks’ most important men. He’s the first person to kill someone both in the anime and the manga, by shooting a mountain bandit in the head at point blank range. He currently is 35 years old.During Romance Dawn, we see one of Higuma’s men pointing a gun at Shanks’ head, then after Shanks warns him suddenly Lucky Roo appears and shoots him. Now here’s the question, how can a big man like that go there that quickly without being noticed? It is likely that he is based on Lucky Luke (a fictional cowboy -gunfighter- from the “Lucky Luke” Franco-Belgian comic book) that is known as “The man who shoots faster than his shadow”.Lucky Roo he’s supposed to be a Haki master or, anyway, a master in something different; in particular, many speculated that he uses a technique called “Life Return”. In this case, Lucky Roo eats so much because he is storing energy for a battle. Life Return gives him the ability to control his body; this can be used to turn fat into muscle, or just turn fat into energy.
4 – MARCO THE PHOENIX
Marco is 45 years old. He is a very strong individual, as he demonstrated in the Marineford War that he was on a similar level of fighting as the three Admirals. He was fully capable of fighting admirals Kizaru, Aokiji, and Akainu while holding his own.Marco the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit which allows him to transform into a phoenix, granting him the ability to fly.While this fruit’s power is classified as a Zoan, due to the uniqueness of the phoenix, the additional powers it grants may be considered similar to those of Paramecia (the somewhat “superhuman” power that affects the user’s body: regeneration) and Logia (the generation of light-blue phoenix flames).The fruit’s greatest attribute, however, is that Marco can recover from any damage he accumulates in his human form by reverting to his phoenix, or hybrid phoenix form, or just by summoning blue flames around his body. These blue flames are not hot and they do not burn or spread like normal fire; instead, they are what allow him to heal, and are referred to as the “Blue Flames of Resurrection”. Furthermore, the healing properties of his blue flames can also be used to treat other beings, albeit to a more limited extent, allowing Marco to act as an efficient doctor. Though the phoenix flames do not burn or spread like normal fire, they are still considered a special form of flame much more potent than normal fire, proven when Marco overpowered Big Mom’s “special” fire homie Prometheus, the phoenix fire causing the latter pain.
3 – BENN BECKMAN
Benn Beckman has the highest IQ of anyone in the East Blue. Across his voyages he’s learned a lot of experience, with an incredibly advanced intellect and great thinking capabilities. He’s 50 years old.When the Red Hair Pirates arrived at Marineford to stop the war, Beckman was able to climb on to a Marine ship’s mast and sit on it, all the while pointing his flintlock at Kizaru, without the latter noticing. Admiral Kizaru chose not to fight him, even though he had just fought the First Commander of Whitebeard’s crew and Whitebeard himself.According to “One Piece: Vivre Card Databook” Benn Beckman is almost as strong as Shanks! His card says that Benn is incredible powerful in terms of physical combat. The card even says that “Comparable to Red Hair’s, this man’s existence is feared by even the powerful warriors of the New World!!”
2 – MIHAWK
Mihawk is a world-famous pirate who currently holds the title of “Greatest Swordsman in the World”. He’s 43 years old.Part of Mihawk’s reputation as the most powerful master swordsman in the world is also due to his tremendous superhuman physical power and fortitude which supplements his mastery of swordsmanship. He possesses an immense amount of skill in battle and has exceptional eyesight.The fact that Mihawk used to be a rival of one of the Yonko implies that Mihawk might be one of the strongest characters in the series. Infact he has been known to have frequently fought with Shanks when they were younger. Their battles were said to shake the whole of the Grand Line and Mihawk often sought Shanks out for duels. However, Mihawk lost interest in him after Shanks lost his left arm. Mihawk has remained unharmed thus far throughout the entire series.
1 – SHANKS
“Red Haired” Shanks is 39 years old. He is Luffy’s role model and the man that our main protagonist wants to surpass one day. It makes sense in the series that Shanks is powerful because he is that character that the main protagonist wants to fight last on his journey. Shanks’ full fighting potential hasn’t been explored yet but there is a lot of hints that indicates Shanks is an extremely powerful individual. For starters, he was able to scare off a massive Sea King just by staring at it (until we figured out he used Conquerors Haki: the strongest form of Haki). He also clashed evenly with Whitebeard, a fellow Emperor and even fought another, Kaido, and arrived at Marineford without a scratch on him. Additionally, he managed to ward off Ankinu where the savage admiral seemed a bit shocked at his presence and stopped going after Luffy after he came. Most of all, Blackbeard, who had the powers of the destructive Gura Gura no Mi Fruit and the evil Yami Yami no Mi Fruit chose not to fight Shanks saying “he is not strong enough to fight him yet”.Shanks has mastered to full extent all 3 types of Haki. He’s the only character so far with an Haoshoku Haki that actually damaged physical things. During the Wano Country Arc, he released a massive burst of Haoshoku Haki that paralyzed Admiral Ryokugyu, stopping him in his tracks from miles away at sea without needing to step foot into the country.All that makes Shanks a force to be reckoned with and definitely one of the strongest guys in the series.
