Coach Zinedine Zidane is about to return to the coaching job and is ready to convince a star at Real Madrid to come under his command.
According to French media, coach Zinedine Zidane is likely to become the new coach of Paris Saint-Germain . The Qatari owners are fed up with coach Christophe Galtier and have planned to fire the French strategist after this year’s season ends.
PSG have many reasons to prioritize the appointment of Zidane , the 50-year-old military leader who can convince Kylian Mbappe to stick with the Park of the Princes for a long time. Like most other French players, Mbappe has always expressed admiration for Zizou, the presence of the former Real Madrid coach can make the World Cup’s top scorer in 2022 commit his future to the French rich man .
And yet, Zidane always has the authority in the dressing room and can suppress the rebels, causing internal disunity. This has been proven by him during his time with Los Blancos.

Coach Zidane’s arrival in the “city of love” may cause Real Madrid to lose a star in defence.
According to information from El Nacional, if he takes over the Ligue 1 champions, the first rookie that Zidane recruits is likely to be Ferland Mendy. The PSG side is also closely monitoring the situation of the French defender. President Nasser Al-Khelaifi wants to rescue the 27-year-old star in the context that he is struggling under Carlo Ancelotti.
Recruited by the White Vulture in the summer of 2019 for 48 million euros, Mendy is currently unable to play because of a muscle injury. The last time this player appeared in the Real Madrid squad was on March 19 in the match against FC Barcelona, in the 26th round of La Liga.
Making a total of 25 appearances this season in all competitions, including 15 in the league, the French player still has a contract until June 2025 with the Royal team. According to estimates by Transfermarkt, Ferland Mendy has a market value of 35 million euros.

Obviously, Real Madrid will not keep a player as sensitive to injury as Mendy if they receive a satisfactory offer. But will Paris Saint-Germain really act in the upcoming summer market?
